Document Delivery for UCLA Users

How to Register

To register for cost-recovery document delivery services, you must be a current UCLA faculty, staff, or student with a valid BruinCard or library card. A separate document delivery service is available for non-UCLA users.

Registration:

  1. Print the form Document Delivery Service for UCLA Users (Adobe PDF document).  This form is also available in print in some campus libraries. 
  2. Submit the form to one of the Document Delivery Service libraries either in person or by fax.
  3. Document delivery staff will be happy to walk you through making a request and answer any questions.

Allow one business day for processing of your registration before placing any document delivery requests.
