Computing Locations and Equipment

The following resources and services are available to UCLA students, faculty, and staff.

Library Computing Facilities

The equipment and resources at College Library Instructional Computing Commons are available to any enrolled student, faculty, or staff member with a valid UCLA Logon and password.

The Technology and Learning Center in the Louise M. Darling Biomedical Library offers more than one hundred workstations designed to meet the computing needs of graduate students in the Schools of Medicine, Nursing, and Public Health. Accounts are required.

Technology-equipped classrooms and electronic learning spaces in campus libraries can be reserved for teaching and learning.

Group study rooms are located in the first floor reading room in College Library.  All of these rooms contain a large screen display to which users may connect laptops.

Nearly two hundred public workstations are available in campus libraries that offer access to the UCLA Library Catalog and extensive electronic resources.

Equipment for Loan

Two hundred laptops are available for loan to students from seven library locations.

Reserving Spaces and Equipment
